Property is priced by the number of units you manage and GPS tracking per vehicle. Most plans are month-to-month; where a plan runs for a term, the card says so. Yes. Every business can open an Online Store on its own address, in a theme made for its trade — products, cars, rooms or flats, with stock shared with the shop counter. Orders, enquiries and bookings land straight in Kaydro. You can also list on Kaydro Market, a directory that sends buyers to your own store — no middleman, no commission.

No. When a customer buys from your Online Store they pay your business directly — to your M-Pesa till or paybill, EVC Plus, bank account or cash on delivery — and you confirm it in Kaydro. Kaydro never holds your money and takes no commission. Card and instant mobile-money checkout can be switched on later, still paid straight to you.

Yes. The Property app keeps the rent book, raises rent every month, bills water, electricity, Wi-Fi and other charges per flat, prints invoices and receipts, and prepares landlord statements and payouts with your fee taken off. Tenants see what they owe in their own portal, and M-Pesa payments can match themselves to the right flat.
